Overview
DH Pace provides selective demolition and turnkey carpentry services for all types of commercial projects through our Construction Services Group. We perform selective demolition along with furnishing and installing all products associated with divisions 6, 8, & 10 in and around the Kansas City metro area.
Carpentry Services
DH Pace offers a complete line of Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Division 2, 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12 products for commercial new construction and major existing facility projects in Kansas City and surrounding areas.
The Construction Services team coordinates purchasing, submittals, procurement and installation of all materials, which allows customers to focus their efforts on other areas.

Laboratory Installation Services
DH Pace, through our brand, J.E.D. Installation, installs laboratory casework and equipment, furniture and seating, wall partitions, and more. Specializing in laboratory installation, J.E.D. Installation has been certified by many of the top cabinet manufacturers in the world. Our carpenters are specially trained and meet specific requirements such as passing a rigorous training program that includes OHSA 10 certification. Our experience includes frequent work with K-12 schools and higher education institutions, government agencies, municipal facilities, public and private laboratories, and Fortune 500 companies.
Our laboratory installation expertise includes metal, wood, and plastic laminated casework as well as fume hoods and other laboratory equipment. J.E.D. Installation is certified in laboratory installation by Thermo Fisher Scientific®, Kewaunee®, Mott Manufacturing, Case Systems®, Stevens Industries, and TMI Systems, which are the largest cabinet manufacturers in the world.
Design & Application Services
System engineering and integration specialists are available to help design systems that increase safety, security and convenience. These teams are used to coordinating with construction leads, architects, general contractors, facility managers, procurement teams and other interested parties as much as necessary.
