Technician was extremely courteous, and explained everything he did. He operated it in front of me before he left to make sure I was satisfied.

Rarely, if ever, do I get positive feedback from our production team about contractors working in the mill. Your team was not even done with the work and team members looked me up to say that Your team members did a great job, were attentive to our schedule and performed above our expectation. 1st time here for the tech's. They did a great job.

Every time I have a service call I get a tech out here so fast. Customer service is definitely one of my pet peeves and DH Pace has so far satisfied everything above and beyond. They also are honest and don't try to force sell me on more stuff that I don't need. Only what's broke or needs replacing or what's new and what my options are. They recommend things and explain everything in language I can understand.

The technician quickly solved the problem and had the door back to full function within an hour!
