Technician was on time and job was completed in a reasonable time. Technician discussed everything he did and gave me the option to replace anything cosmetic.

Brian Munsterman is an excellent Technician. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He recently installed a new lift master gate arm barrier operator. I was very happy with the installation. They scheduler Ryan was able to work us into the schedule sooner knowing this gate was critical to the security here at the refinery. Jo Ann Schuessel is always very helpful with any questions. She goes above and beyond providing the best customer service.

Joe was great and really helped assess our needs. We will be moving forward with regular maintenance due to his recommendation.

Looking forward to working with DH Pace in the near future.

Andrew arrived on time in the AM. He was able to assess the situation, get parts ordered, and return in the PM to repair the damaged overhead door. Additionally, he provided a detailed explanation of what was done - and then went on to answer our many questions on other services & options DH Pace can offer. Going forward, we'd like to have him return to assess our many overhead doors and provide us suggestions, recommendations, and a PM schedule. Excellent job representing DH Pace and peaking our interests for future business. Not to mention... repairing our door within the 24 hours from when it was damaged.
