Our roll up door works better now than it has since we moved into the space 9 years ago. We are very pleased. We also appreciate Andrew coming out on a holiday. Our door was stuck open so we were in a bit of a bind to get it fixed.

Once our door busted and was inoperable, I called Jon Ruble who was eager to help me get it fixed as quickly as possible. He referred me to Martin Ruffing, who was able to schedule a tech to come out the very next morning. The DH Pace tech, Ross Merrick, arrived first thing the next morning, assessed the issue, and repaired it properly and promptly. We were in a pinch as we have a heavy truck load going into Black Friday, I called for repairs on Friday of last week, and techs were out early Tuesday to get it done. The work was quick and not disruptive, the ramp is back up and working.
