I was told on the phone on a Tuesday at 7pm that a technician would be scheduled for Thursday between 8am - noon. The technician showed up the next day around 11am which was great since our door had to be left open the night before. Very happy knowing I can call on this company if I need repair work performed and even emergency work in the middle of the night. Thank You!
