Hospital Research Institute
A new hospital research institute opened in Missouri, consisting of a nine-story structure making up approximately 375,000 square feet, including more than 3,000 linear feet of bench space for research and 140,000 square feet of shell space for future growth. J.E.D. carpenters worked on this project for more than a year. J.E.D. is proud to have installed all the laboratory casework, including more than 750 lab benches, fixed casework, and lab shelving. If connected end-to-end, the shelving would stretch for over a mile.

Community College
A community college’s classroom laboratory science building underwent a full remodel of the 65,000 square foot facility, located in Kansas. J.E.D. is proud to have been selected to install the 1,040 Kewaunee® Scientific laboratory cabinets, 36 fume hoods and 49,851 lbs. of Trespa® phenolic countertops.

State Department of Agriculture
A state Department of Agriculture moved into a new 20,000 square foot lab facility focused on tests for food and feed safety. The new facility features laboratory spaces for analyzing meat, dairy, animal feed, fertilizer, pesticides, and weights and measures for the state. J.E.D. installed Mott Manufacturing® casework with Labconco® fume hoods.

Cancer Research Center
J.E.D. is proud to have contributed to the completion of a new $623 million cancer center on a university campus in Nebraska. Within the 10-story, 98-laboratory research tower, J.E.D. installed more than 3,300 Kewaunee® Scientific laboratory cabinets with 240,000 lbs. of epoxy countertops.

Multinational Medical Technology Manufacturer
A large medical technology manufacturer invested $40 million in equipment, facility upgrades and infrastructure improvements in the company’s manufacturing facility in Nebraska. J.E.D. is proud to have installed the laboratory casework and equipment in the facility.

University School of Dentistry
A large private university built a new $84 million, 200,000 square foot facility for their School of Dentistry. It houses an enhanced clinic, classrooms, research space, simulation laboratories, and faculty offices. J.E.D. installed all the labs, including 325 Mott Manufacturing cabinets and 65,000 lbs. of epoxy resin countertops.

Regional Health Center
A regional, rural hospital opened a new outpatient clinic to bring convenient and quality healthcare services to local residents. The clinic features 13 treatment rooms conveniently located together, updated and remodeled waiting and registration spaces, enhanced comfort and privacy at check-in, and a private chemotherapy infusion area. J.E.D. Installation is proud to have worked with CCI and the general contractor to complete all the casework, trim and solid surface on the addition and remodel of the hospital.

University Science Center
A private university in Kansas built a $32.3 million new state-of-the-art science, nursing and health sciences facility that contains specialized equipment and the latest laboratory and classroom technology. J.E.D. installed 730 Mott Manufacturing cabinets, 36 fume hoods, 80 student tables, 520 heavy duty shelves and many rooms of overhead service carriers.

University Science Building
A university in Missouri completed an $18.4 million renovation of their science building, including a new cybersecurity laboratory. J.E.D. Installation completed renovation work on all four floors throughout 10 labs to update equipment and facilities.

University Hospital
A large university hospital in Kansas completed a $50 million project to renovate 170,000 square feet of research space for 30 to 40 cancer researchers and their teams. J.E.D. installed 280 Kewaunee tables and over 100 fume hoods and biosafety cabinets.

University Research Laboratory
A large university in Nebraska leased space in 178,000 square-foot building to showcase an analytical lab, as well as labs for microbiology, food allergies, gut biology, physical chemistry, cereal processing, food safety, clinical and behavior studies, and much more. J.E.D. installed every lab in the 3-story building.

High School
A Kansas school district built a new 220,000 square-foot high school including a pool and athletic fields. J.E.D. Installation is proud to have installed all of the cabinets, trim, wood wall panels, band storage, science rooms and 14 glass display cases throughout the new school.

University Research Center
J.E.D. installed the new laboratory casework and countertops in the agriculture research center of a university in Kansas.

Private Research Organization
A major private research organization heavily focused on product development for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries built a new 90,000 square-foot facility, doubling their space and research capacity. J.E.D. Installation is proud to have installed more than 100 lab stations throughout the new facility.

Medical Lab Testing Corporation
A national private clinical testing laboratory expanded their laboratory to increase their capacity to test and process medical samples for healthcare providers, employers, government and municipal agencies, schools and universities, insurance companies, and more. The lab is now able to process hundreds of thousands of tests each day and operates 7 days a week. J.E.D. installed the lab tables in the expanded facility.

Elementary School
J.E.D. installed all of the new cabinets in this Kansas elementary school as part of a complete renovation.
