This job was very time sensitive but our sales representative Steve told us that it would be done within the time frame we needed. This meant having his crew here and working overnight. A lot was at stake in making sure that we were open for business the next morning without delay. I am very happy to report that the work was completed on time and the quality of work was great! The two service technicians who performed the work went above and beyond. The job site was neatly organized, they were neatly uniformed, and they used professional business language. They represented their company very well with all of the things that they should have. They made sure our expectations were met and they made sure that all of the area was cleaned and materials were removed from the site. I was very pleased with the hard work and the completion of the job but equally impressed with their conduct. Job Well Done Guys!

The techs did a great job dealing with a lot of trash in our dock levelers and dock locks. They made a lot of trips to the compactor and were professional dealing with any obstacles such as waiting on the moving of trailers and product.
