The Company’s 2024 ranking on the Best Companies to Work For list is based on a variety of factors including company culture, employee benefits, company growth and stability, training and advancement opportunities, and employee recognition. According to Ingram’s, the Large Employer Category is the most competitive and DH Pace is one of six named to this list, where depth of HR, processes and benefits substantially exceed the norm and commonality of ranking by revenues or head count.
The Company’s ranking of #40 on the Top 100 Private Companies list is based on 2023 revenue. DH Pace’s sales rose 11% to over $1 billion last year. It also includes the number of new hires the Company had in 2023. Last year, DH Pace added 309 new employees across more than 50 offices.
